Frequently asked questions
The final answer for your trip is always confirmed with your date and assigned vessel.
Where do tours depart from?
Usually Eden Island North Marina or Beau Vallon Beach. The crew confirms the meeting point according to the route, weather and sea conditions.
Can non-swimmers join?
Yes. Glass-bottom viewing lets you see the reef without entering the water. Tell the crew in advance so they can advise the most suitable trip.
Are children welcome?
Yes, many trips are family-friendly. Send the children’s ages so child pricing, life-jacket sizes and the most suitable boat can be confirmed.
What happens in bad weather?
Safety comes first. The crew may change the route, move the departure point, reschedule or cancel when conditions are not suitable.
Are park and entrance fees included?
The published St Anne full-day tour includes marine-park fees. Other island, site or jetty fees vary and are listed in your confirmation.
Why do some prices say “from”?
They are currently published starting prices. Your final price depends on date, group, vessel, private or shared format and confirmed inclusions.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, towel, sun protection, a waterproof bag and suitable sandals or reef shoes. Bring any personal medication you need.
How do I book?
Send an enquiry by WhatsApp or email. You receive availability, the current price, meeting point, inclusions and payment instructions before confirming.
