An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes valid only after Dolphin Nemo or the named booking partner confirms availability and any required payment.
Prices and fees
Prices marked “from” are published starting prices and may change. The confirmation states the final amount, currency, payment schedule and any separate park, island, jetty or transfer fees.
Weather and route changes
All marine activities depend on safe weather and sea conditions. The operator may alter the route, departure point, timing or vessel, or reschedule or cancel a trip for safety.
Passenger information and safety
Guests must provide accurate group details, children’s ages and relevant accessibility or medical information. All guests must follow the crew’s safety instructions.
Cancellation
The cancellation policy shown in your written confirmation or on the external booking page applies. Published online tours currently indicate free cancellation up to 48 hours before the trip, but your confirmation controls.
